Lay-by Policy

The minimum lay-by value is N$100.

Any item in the store may be placed on lay-by, including regular-priced merchandise, marked-down items, oddments, jewellery, underwear, socks, and other eligible products, provided the total value of the lay-by is N$100 or more.

A 20% deposit of the total lay-by value is required to activate the lay-by.

An administration fee of 1% of the total lay-by value will apply if the lay-by is cancelled. This fee is non-refundable.

A valid Namibian ID must be presented when opening a lay-by, making payments, collecting the lay-by, or requesting a refund.

The maximum lay-by period is 3 months from the date the lay-by is opened. Lay-bys that are not paid in full and collected within this period will be cancelled.

Only one active lay-by is permitted per customer.
